The screens are now updated. We managed to make it work without further updates.

Identified

Unfortunately, the screens do not automatically install this update, we are working on a solution, but due to the weekend comming up, we will not send anything out before Monday. The screens will function normally until then, but will install the update if they are manually restarted.

Recovering

Over the next couple of hours, an update will be rolled out to the Sekoia screens. This update is a hotfix that resolves an error that could cause the screens to run slower. The update is rolled out now to prevent this from happening.

The screens will install the update automatically and do not require any special actions. The screens will restart and this will not take longer than usual.
