We are currently experiencing challenges with displaying updates in the resident record. This applies to registrations, plan updates and manually entered notes. If you experience problems registering data, we recommend that you follow the status here and wait for an update.

If you experience issues registrering forms inside a task with the following error message: "The form has not been assigned to the resident". The issue is caused by the form not being assigned to the resident. You need to go to setup > Standard forms > Select the tab called "Residents" and make sure the form is assigned to the correct residents.
