The issue has been resolved. If you close the error message Sekoia will restart and the error messages will stop appearing.


We have now found the cause of the issue. The situation occurs after an employee has logged in and logs off again. When the screen has been left 5 minutes after logging out, the error will appear. We are working to get a fix out as soon as possible.


We are currently experiencing that some of the screens are displaying an error message "Sekoia.Karuna.exe has stopped working". If you press OK on this message, the Sekoia platform will be restarted. We are working to get a fix out as fast as possible.
