We have released a new update that will fix the screens that cannot find the residents. The screens will update themselves, but it can be solved immediately by restarting them manually.
The issues with the screens have been solved. However it requires a restart of the screens that are not working. The screens that are not restarted manually will automatically update tomorrow at 10.00 to ensure the latest update is installed and working.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
We are still working hard to resolve the issues with the screens and administration. We apologise for the inconvenience and we’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as issue has been resolved.
We are currently experiencing issues on the platform. Users will have trouble accessing the administration as well as some screens. Avoid restarting screens as the problem might present itself when restarting the platform. We are focusing on solving the issue as fast as possible.
