We are currently rolling out an update that solves the challenge with the screens. The update is on the way through the system, but it may take some time before it reaches all the screens.
We will report when the update has reached all screens.
We have now found out what the challenge is. We are working on a solution. Until it is ready, screens that are affected by the error should be restarted for them to work properly.
There have been reports of screens where the apps wont start. If this issue occurs, it can be resolved by restarting the screen.
Once the screen has been restarted, it will work as intended.
