Unfortunately, it has not proved possible to send out the planned update today, which should solve the problem with decimal numbers in registrations on ipads and iphones. However, the error is expected to be resolved on Monday morning with the regular scheduled update. In the meantime, however, you have the option of making the registrations directly on a PC in the app via app.sekoia.one.
We have found the cause of the issue and expect to roll out a fix tomorrow morning. We cannot say exactly when it will be, but we will keep you updated continuously.
We are currently experiencing that on iPads and iPhones you cannot enter values that contain decimal numbers. As a temporary solution, we would recommend that you use a PC to make the registrations on app.sekoia.one. We are working on a solution and will keep you updated
