We have rolled back the update and the system is running as normal again. We will send a new message after updating the system.

In connection with rolling back the update, some customers may experience that you can see deactivated residents on screens, tablets and phones. Tasks are not displayed for these residents, although they can be seen in "find resident" and "select resident" lists. Once we roll back the update, deactivated residents will no longer be shown. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We have run into a number of challenges in connection with today's update and we have therefore chosen to postpone it. This means that the part with the Resident's status will not be available today.
